The highly experienced faculty engage the students in a structured training and clinical program and motivate them towards research endeavours. The programs offered by international agencies such as AOCMF are incorporated into the curriculum and imparted to the students. Regular workshops, review programs, national and international conferences are conducted which hone the skills of both the faculty and the students.

Unique features of the curriculum include incorporation of new technology like virtual surgical planning, augmented/virtual reality, and minimally invasive techniques.

The clinical skills of the postgraduates is further enhanced by training at Radiology, Emergency & Critical Care Medicine, General Surgery, General Medicine, ENT, Anesthesia, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Neurosurgery, creating a holistic experiential training environment. Interns experience hands-on training in Trans-alveolar Extraction and Suturing techniques on animal cadavers at the Department Skills Lab.
